So a couple days ago I was helping a friend drop a crate motor in his 68 Fastback. He has owned the car for awhile so I know it fairly well... But having only owned my car for about 6 weeks I could not get over the resemblances... For a car to be so truly Iconic that 46 years later it is used as a template still just amazes me. Really the only angle that my 14 does not strongly resemble his is from the back. And even still they share some subtle styling cues. The lines of the Fenders, the Window Louvers, the side body lines to the Scoops... Just beautiful. Any way... Can not get it out of my head so I thought I should share...
