you will end up swapping exhaust with that setup unless you are like me and don't get hassled

I live behind a police station and they never bother me even though my neighbors hate me

Haha I don't care who I **** off. I have a 12 V6 premium as my DD so my GT is only my weekend ride. I just hope that with the money spent, there will be a noticeable difference

If it was your DD, the drone from Flowmasters might make you nuts. Even with weekend only, it still might.

First thing I had to do to mine was lower. Couldn't stand that 4WD look from the factory:-)

Went with the HushPower axle-backs and like them.

Amen to lowering. Mine was lowered within the first few hundred miles.

Too loud.... I just had long tubes instal last Saturday with roush axle back, Way too loud, We had a set of GT 500 axle back on hand witch we installed, made it much better.

its not going to be fun..

Good luck with the long tube instal, we did't have problem but very time consuming

wrap your header's Thats about $250 for wrap and ties for both LOL

Oh ok thanks for the advice, I'm a newbie to modding. So how do you like your LT's and X-pipe? Is it worth the dough and do you see a power increase?

I have not driven it since the instal, From my buddy shop to my garage and been there since Saturday. LOL,, Heading back to his shop this saturday for boss intake instal so its going to be hard to judge the gains just from the headers and x pipe alone.

I didn't pay for labor, If I had to pay for labor I would not instal them.

I think I lost some TQ but it's running a bama tune, I don't think there tune is that great, I will get it dyno tune soon and I should see some real gain then.

If your looking for a mod to get your car moving quick off the line, Go with 4.10 gear's best mod I have done to my car.

How much does gears set you back? I purchased the headers and x-pipes for fairly cheap or I wouldn't think of getting them either. I'm just looking for the best power adding mods for the best price

instal is about $450-500
