I didn't get to drive today
For the first day since I got it, I didn't get to drive my Mustang My fiance wanted to take it to show it to his parents since he was off of work today. I decided to let him because I need to be nice about my mustang for awhile to convince him to let me do the mods I want.
Anyone else unlucky enough to be forced to share their stang???

haha.. he doesn't want me to lower it (he's scared I'll scrape on everything) or put on an exhaust (I think that's cause I didn't have cats and the cams made everything smell like gas/exhaust on the old stang). I do have the approval for a CAI and tune though

WOW!
If it was a question of "mod the car or pay the rent", or "mod the car or buy food", then I could see it but not under any normal circumstances.

My wife told me that she hated the Grabber Blue color, so I told her that she is forbidden to drive it then. Problem solved.

umm no, he will not buy a new car until his car dies.. so he's been driving a 2000 (i think) ford escort since he was 16. He really wants an Audi so next year I'm forcing him to buy one.

Good grief, he drives a 10 year old Escort and you let him drive your new 412bhp pride and joy. It must be love
As for the mods.......mine have usually been birthday/anniversary/christmas/father's day presents.
I have a nice new set of Lloyd's Tri-Bar Pony badge interior mats and a trunk mat being shipped to the UK. That'll be my wedding anniversary present from Mrs TT

good grief it sounds like you wear the pants in the relationship. Usually its the women who is telling the man he can't mod his vehicle not the other way around. If my wife was like "hey can i turbo my car" i wouldnt even answer her question i would be on the phone with the nearest tune shop. Lucky guy in my opinion.
