How much did you pay?

Before i purchased my 2011 V6, i could never seem to find any threads on prices paid, so i thought i would add my two cents:

Leased 2011 V6 base with security package

- $2250 rebates
- $2000 down

- $248/36 months total

Assuming that you financed your car, who do you think owns your car? It certainly isn't you until the last payment is made.

Let me know when you're serving up a slice of touché, my friend.

I think all he meant by it was that at the end of the payments he would own a car while you will be left without one when the lease is up. Thats all.

Unless I'm mistaken you can always buy the car at the end of the lease for the remaining sum.

I think your right but it's probably a worse deal that if you were to just buy it in the first place, maybe not

I think he meant base V6 Mustang=rental car.

The MSRP on my car was $37,885.00. My out the door price including all taxes, fees & a new plate was $36,980.89. PA sales tax is 6%, so I believe I worked a good deal. My dealership also threw in free oil changes & state inspection for the life of the car.

Sorry to burst your bubble...I Paid cash (touche')

Leased cars are owned by the lease company...At the end of 3 years you have nothing...

Rather than run your mouth for sh*ts and giggles, try positively contributing to a thread that genuinely seeks to inform people.

Well..given the fact that there are thousands of of option and price combinations, and forum folks typically tend to Exaggerate (on the low side) what they really paid, the whole thread does little to contribute to the dialog.
Who knows if you got a good deal or not? If you posted the question to make you feel good about your "Purchase", then great...Hope it does and you enjoy your car for the next three years.

What you "Paid" for the car is $10,928 plus whatever the buy-out is at the end of the lease..(should you choose to become an owner)

Now everyone add your finance charges for the loan and that's what you really paid.
