I've had mine a little over two years and made the final payment a couple weeks ago. Unless a basket of money falls out of the sky, I expect I'll keep it another 6-9 years.

I've had mine for almost 4 years now. I'm planning on waiting til the 2015 comes out then I'll make the decision to go built supercharged engine or trade up to the new one.

..or a 335i or Charger srt8 if i have to have 4 doors at that point >.>

Realistically depending on my job status I will most likely trade my 5.0 in on a Tahoe or something of the sort in 3-5 years. I have been with the same girl for some time so I am in no way planning but hope to be looking at having a child in that time frame(25-27) BUT if for some reason I am not married or have a kid by then I will still most likely trade it on "the" sports car at the time lol

Or I will pay off the 5.0 and have a full on race car that will be tagged AND a truck

Depending on work lol

I can attest to the short lived car life. I had a Kia hatchback for almost 5 years, traded for an 08 Z4 Bimmer, traded that 7 months later for a C300 Benz, then just got this after just over a year. I do plan on keeping this car for a very long time. I got the 6/75K from Ford so I'm keeping it until at least that runs out. I'm teaching my teenage sons how to drive in my 13' so it's gonna be hard to let go of those memories.

I don't plan on getting rid of it. I don't have any complaints so far.

I was planning on keeping this one and storing it once I got a second vehicle. Plans changed, and the 2013 refresh has grown on me tremendously in a few months. I'd like to get one and keep it for years to come, so I may jump out of my '11 for a '13/14 here soon, but I'm still interested to see where the 2015 car takes us. That will be my deciding factor.

Plan was to buy into the MY2010, with the idea when the 50th anniversary came out in MY2014 I would trade up to have something (in my mind anyway) that would be a collectable.

Well now the 50th anniversary is MY2015 and I'm not so sure I like the direction Ford is going with the Mustang.

So the Garage Queen will stay in the family for the long foreseeable future.

Just depends on job status ,economy etc etc. Got mine in january and hopefully ill pay it off next year. If everything stays the same for the next 5 years then ill probably still have it. I most likely will be looking to trade it in for a new one by then and i wouldnt buy a 15' or even a 16',if i like the new body style and powerplant then ill wait a few years until they work out all the bugs this time. But then again if i go forced induction like i plan on next year then ill probably never get rid of it

5 Years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first as I average almost 10,000 miles a year.

My last car was a 1997 Infiniti that had 235,000 miles on the clock when I traded it in. The main reason I got rid of it was an ABS sensor failed and the replacement part was more than the blue book value of the car.

I'll keep this Mustang at least 10 years. If it's still in great shape in about 12 years I'll give it to my daughter as a college graduation present and buy the new generation Mustangs that will be replacing the 2015 chassis.
