Happy With your 2011 Deal?

Im fairly happy with the deal I got on my 2011 GT. Im wondering how everyone else did.

(X-Plan Pricing)
$28,076
$343 Performance Axle Ratio
$850 Destination
________________________

Subtotal $29,269
$500 Bonus Cash
$750 Brochure Rebate
_______________________

Total $28,019
_________________________

0.0% Interest Promotional Rate (Combinable with $500 Bonus Cash)
__________________________________________________ ______________

$17,000 Trade on my 2007 GT Deluxe and drive it until my new car comes in.
__________________________________________________ ______________

$11,019 Total Difference

I could have done about $450 better at other dealers ($300 Under Invoice) but not trade considered and certainly not keeping it until the new car was delivered.

PS Be careful on the Low Interest Rate Programs. One is combinable with Bonus Cash and one isnt.
They both are 0.0% for 36 months (The one with Bonus cash is 1.0% more 48-72 months).

I'm happy. I got invoice+holdback. Only thing I'm pissed about is the 8.75% Sales tax in Cali

We have to pay personal property tax on our vehicles every year. Such a ripoff

Could be worse, you could be in Chicago ... over 11% in some areas !!

I personally like the 5% sales tax where I live in Wisconsin.

I also got x-plan on my GT Premium MT coupe loaded with everying except the glass roof. I'm hoping for the $500 bonus cash along with 0% financing over 36 months. How long did it take you to get the brochure by mail directly from Ford for the additional $750 brochure rebate? I ordered mine online late last week. I'm hoping I get it by the time my car arrives May 6th.

I got a GT Premium with HID Headlamps and Security System and X Plan Pricing. Before tax, it's 32,607.75. After tax and title in Texas, it's 34,936. I put 10,500 down and so I'm financing 24,436. Not bad I'd say.

I paid like $4500 tax on my 2010. Was awesome. Not.

Even more awesomeness of California is they tax the entire amount regardless of tradein. Other states only tax the difference.

I got my GT at invoice + holdback through some special program at my job. My dealer said that it was good to order one in advance because I might not even have gotten that price once they start selling their stock orders and they're in high demand.

Go on Ford Vehicles and request an actual paper 2010 Mustang Brochure by snail mail and select 0-30 days for when you are looking to buy and you should receive a brochure in 10-14 days that has a Private Rebate of $750 in the back. Program #33142 . Get the 2010 because Im not sure if the 2011 has the $750 rebate coupon and the 2011 Brochures are running behind because of demand. Coupon should be good for 60 days from time its mailed. At least mine is. it says its good on 2010/2011 vehicles and it has been confirmed on the 2011 Mustang by my dealer using the Smart Vincent system. WARNING: If you have requested a paper brochure before order it in your middle name or someone else in the households name (not transferrable outside the household) because they only send one coupon to each person. If you are an A/Z/D Plan purchaser you cant use it but X-Plan is okay. It is combinable with other Public Rebates like $500 Bonus Cash but not other Private Rebates like the Miltary $500.

Their are two different low interest programs.
Promotional 0.0-36 / 4.9-48 / 5.9-60 / 7.9-72 (Combinable with $500 Bonus Cash)
Special 0.0-36 / 3.9-48 / 4.9-60 / 6.9-72 (Not combinable with other offers)
Not sure on the program numbers. The really interesting thing is they are both 0.0% for 36 months.
Again Smart Vincent confirmed.

PS Always have a dealer run the Smart Vincent and show you the print out before you sign anything at the time of sale.

They also tax the full amount before rebates and incentives too They count those as 'down payment'

Um, yeah... I got a brochure in the mail this weekend for $750 off any 09/10 Mustang (actually Ford/Lincoln/Mercury products with some exceptions.) Is this the same thing you got? I have serious doubts it will work on the 2011.
