Hard to believe that day was 48-years ago. In a sweet 2-years, those 50th anniversary Mustangs are going to be instant models to make into future collectibles.

I really hope Ford brings us the redesigned Mustang as a 2015 model... as it hasn't been officially confirmed yet by anyone at Ford, only speculated.

Outside of the traditional Pickup Truck, the only other vehicles that have continued to be built non-stop since inception for more than 35-years, with designs following the original in some way, are the Ford Mustang, Chevrolet Corvette, Porsche 911, and BMW 3/5/7 series.
