GT500 supercharger question????

I'm trying to see if this is possible. I've seen people selling their eaton supercharges from there brand new Shelby's. I know the Shelby's intake bolt pattern is different then on the 5.0s. I was doing some searching and found a guy who machines an adapter bracket to mount the Shelby blower to the older 5.0 engines not the coyote. I was wondering if any ones seen such kit for the coyote 5.0 would be interesting to see if there is seeing most people are selling there eaton Shelby charges for pretty responsible price.

Compression ratio on the Coyote is sky high. I can't see you running all that much boost w/out forged internals and dropping the CR.

Umm all kinds of superchargers are available for stock engines. The amount of boost you can run is limited with stock internals but you can run a decent amount without granading our engine.

I never said you couldn't. I said the compression ratio is really high and will limit the boost you'll be able to make. So thank you for.... complimenting what I said with basically the same thing :-)

The GT500 Eaton M122 would be a terrific blower for the Coyote motor. It works wonders on the 4.6l and with a slightly larger blower pulley it would work great and 550rwhp with no problem. Lots of blowers on the 5.0 making that on stock engines. Not sure if a manifold for the 5.0 and M122 will every be available. Most guys with new cars wanting a SC are willing to pay for a new blower that's why the 4.6l guys are eating up the M122 blowers for their cars they save a bunch of money.
