I look at it this way: The GT500 mufflers seem to be the perfect "stock" sound for the GT...but Ford decided to make the car super quiet so as not to scare off the wives of the guys who are trying to bring a GT home.
As a guy who added Boss 302 appearance/exhaust parts, I see nothing wrong with adding the parts you like best from other models. Adding the wrong badges is where I draw the line though.

but last week this guys ask about a supersnake conversion for his 5.0, and clearly states hes not putting the badges on, and these guys are throwing stones at him!! Im like its your mustang, you purchased it, dont what you want with it. Thats the stuff that pisses me off! The bad things is the guys talkin all the crap wouldnt dare go up to somebody at a car show and bash there cars in there face

In the video they say that the used the power pack.
DO they mean the FRPP power pack because that has the mufflers and FRPP tune and drop in filter
If they used the pack those gains are low.

Well in that case the super snake conversion kit is for the 5.0 also because it fits!!! You make no sense at all!!! If the gt500 mufflers were for the 5.0 then they could come on the car from factory!! Its called modding, buying a car and modding it the way you want! Its punks like you that need the taste slapped out of there mouths!!!
