Don't like any of them graphics IMO... And looking at the prices, I'm not sure how many of those sets Ford is going to sell... pretty steep.

Total 100% SUCKAGE.

 

This is SO frustrating for me. I want to get over the top Shelby/LeMans style stripes on my 'vert similar to what KeiranKelly did on his coupe (real painted stripes). I can't get the time of day from body shops, except for my Ford dealer who quoted me an I-Don't-Want-This-Work price of $1600.

I definitely want something that covers all the way down both F&R bumpers.

So then I look for side stripes, in the same blue color and on vinyl, and can't find 'em anywhere. The closest was someone who can do then in any color in the Avery vinyl catalog, and his prices are higher than the above. I told him "Guardsman Blue" as KeiranKelly used, and he hasn't the foggiest. Unless I prod him with e-mails I don't even hear from him. I thought this was a down economy and people needed work?!?

I tried e-mailing Shelby American to get information. They won't even tell me the color name they use. It's "closely protected" information.

I guess I am going about it all wrong. I don't have time with my career to make another career of chasing down mods for this car.

 

someone at ford should be slapped...fire the ricers in the paint/graphics department right away please...red grilles/roofs/wheels, now factory off center stripes, side stripes that scream 5.0 in 2 foot letters...all we need now is a selection of park bench rear wings and 6" muffler outlets...if they sell even one of some of those stripes, it will be a sad day IMO. Sorry but I do NOT understand why Ford seems to be running towards 'different' in any direction...maybe they want to get into the fast/furious youth market? I think like disco, this too will pass, but not soon enough.

 

I finally found a purpose for the vinyl engine graphic. My friend has a v6 Camaro and has been crying about not getting the v8. I should wait for his birthday and surprise him with his new v8 5.0 Camaro

 

or the gen. coupe people could finally get a 5.0 of there own.
