it does work with x-plan.... if you can get Ford to send the **** coupon

Just called Ford customer service, and they said the private offer will not work with X-Plan because that too is a private offer lol. So it's one or the other.

 

I would ask one of the saleman on this site then but I know I have used it on an x-plan purchase with one of my mustang Purchases

 

Ford Customer service is wrong...imagine that...the private offer can be combined with xplan..have done it a few times in the past with no issues.

Generally you will show up in the system after a week or two of requesting the brochure. Your dealer can check this out for you.

 

Look what I got today!

 

I got one too!!!! But no $750 private cash coupon !!

 

I requested a brochure about two months ago. Well last month, I found a 12 GT/CS that I wanted and gave up on the brochure ever coming. The brochure came today with the coupon. I'm a little bummed.

 

Their logic on giving these out is so random. They ask you when you plan on buying the car, so I figured they would factor that in?

 

Can someone else give you their coupon???

 

I doubt it, because it is a private offer for the individual who's name is on the coupon.

 

I filled out the form on the website and requested one on the phone several times.

I got one last week with a coupon. Then got three more this week in my wife's name all with a coupon (mustang,fusion,edge).

I'd say it just takes some time. It was weeks before I got one.

 

Hey Guys .. I filled out several requests on line for brochures on the mustang and edge .. both in my name and my wife’s .. today we received 3 in my name .. no coupons .. 2 in my wife’s name .. 1 mustang and 1 edge brochure .. both have the $750 private cash offer coupons. Do you think they send out more of these to women?

 

I had my wife request brochure as well. However, I was told that the coupon is in the name of the person that requested it and my wife's name will not be on any of the loan papers...... Hopefully I can still get it

 

Isn't it transferable within the household?

edit: yes it is, wording on coupon is "Nontransferable out of household". Picture proof incoming as soon as it uploads.

 

My wife received the brochures in her email and NO COUPON!!! Why does FORD hate me!!!

 

Two more brochures arrived today. One for my father and one for my brother. All three brochures have the same promo code, but these two have a later expiration date.
