Hi,

the front bumper is a little bit loosen, and moves a little bit. It's fixed, but the space between the plastic give to the car a bad looking, like if it is not bolted.

Are "Front Bumper Reinforcement Bracket" a good solution?

 

Might be. You probably wanna remove the bumper and compare both sides to see what's wrong. They're fairly much the same piece, just mirrored. I wouldn't go ordering one without investigation is all.
