you wont respond to that thread so you leave me no choice in calling you out in this one.. your service before the sale is poor so why should i buy anything from you and risk that same poor service after the sale?

I noticed the same thing... questions posted in threads about their products don't seem to get answered. I let it go because I'm still waiting on the car and figured I'd ask again after it arrived.

I'm trying to figure out why the whole rear end has to be replaced for the tail light conversion on a 2011 (bumper perhaps... but what does the spoiler have to do with anything?). And will the conversion match an otherwise stock vehicle or is it designed to match one of their body kits?

I have to give them the benefit of the doubt here... you can be shown as being online without actively viewing the particular thread (or any thread for that matter). I have been asked this many times as moderator on another forum when I just happen to leave my browser open while doing other things.

what im saying is that they were veiwing the thread and by leaving i meant they left the thread and went on veiwing another section of the forum and chose not to respond yet. Under a members profile you are able to veiw there current activity to see where on the site they actually are.

You should be more happy and willing to help a thread full of people who are seeking some real info from you then telling me about your contact info located in your sig. Im speaking for all those in that thread waiting for a response from your company. People want to purchase that conversion but all they want is real info first and you cant even do that. Dont help me, help all those in that thread waiting for your service. Not good service if you ask me. Thank you.

The Tail Light Conversion dramatically re-shapes the rear end of the 2010-11 Mustangs so it requires both the use of the wing and rear bumper to achieve the look. The conversion will not mount up to an otherwise stock rear end. If you have any further questions please let me know, thank you.

Okay, but does the new bumper blend in with an otherwise stock body or is it intended for use with a body kit?

BTW, it appears that your website has been changed in such a way that one can't get to any information about the taillight conversion. Clicking on the banner on the home page just takes one to a search page which can't be persuaded to display anything about the taillight conversion.
