Yep it's the dog lol. Your wires look like they have been messed with when compared to dmhines' photo. I would still try and pull the fuse to see if anything happens or you get anything back. Man that's gonna be costly to fix if it's the wires.

I've tapped into the USB port in the Sync unit. It's way up under there, and to access it you have to be a contortionist and have the passenger door open. I think the dog would of jumped out and ran away if someone was trying to get that!

Puppies tend to chew up everything! I would never leave a puppy on my new car. My jack russel was a terror when she was a puppy and would chew up something everyday :-/
