Ordered the car on april 25th, received the VIN April 27; car was built on the 14th of may.

Waiting on shipping but my date has been postponed twice in the past week; I was curious of anyone else has had issues lately or if this is a regular occurace; hate waiting the extra 2 weeks from the expected arrival date to attain the car.

Any info is greatly appreciated.

 

Ordered jan 19 and got it April 24 th...I think you are in good shape.

 

Mine was ordered the week of April 16th and, according to the window sticker, built on May 7th. The car has not yet arrived at my dealership in Toronto.

 

When I got mine the dealer was upfront and said to not pay much attention to the shipping date as for some reason they are not accurate for Canada. It has to go on a train, clear customs, get loaded on a trailer and delivered to him. Said to expect about 3 weeks from build to seeing it as they won't just send your (my) car. Sure enough 3 weeks to the day, so your in good shape.

i think you can expect your car to arrive roughly 1 month after build date

 

I'm from Alberta and I ordered only because the dealer said it'd be here before my 21st birthday on the 6th of June; I'm just curious so I can plan for what to expect because I'm either driving to Vegas or I will have to book a flight down... Which I'd like to do before prices get to extreme.

My original arrival date was may 27th and it's been bumped to June 4th. Any other word on delays??

 

I'm from Calgary, my build date was april 9, original ETA was april 27, bumped up to May 12, and then bumped up to May 31 due to mechanical failure with railway. but it arrived on May 15 and I picked it up on May 16.

your car will probably arrive within one week of your birthday if it follows the same delivery timing/pattern as mine. : )

 

If its been dumped once already,the second time maybe accurate.

Ask deshya here, in the 2013 sticky thread. She was pretty accurate for me. She was off by one day.

 

I sent her a pm but I never got a reply, is there a specific thread to post in?? And it's been dumped twice so I hope your right.

 

Mine was for April 8th, then the 16th...then they said from the 19th to the 26th of April..came the 20th and picked up the 24th. You can also call ford Canada they will give you the range for delivery to the dealer. They all use the same system to track. If it left ford,and went through quality control, then it's up to the train/rail and customs...trust me, I know how you feel,and what you are going through.

I got the call today and my car will be ready for pickup on Friday, May 25th. It looks like the (production date + 3 weeks) estimate that was previously mentioned is fairly accurate for Canadian deliveries.

 

I was about to say! It got there on Tuesday, dt2008. Congrats and enjoy!!
