Hi I am new to the mustang source and will be picking up my new mustang from the dealership on Monday. Just wanted to introduce myself and will be lurking the forums from now on.

Now to the mustang. I have never been much of a fan but once ford released the 2010+ body styles they actually grew on me then the new engines came in the 2011's and decided this is the car for me especially leaving for college in 4 months. The MPG is amazing and the sixer pushing 305? Got my attention so I went down to the dealership an grabbed a great deal on some of the last 2011's cause they're wanting to get rid of them. I went with a Black, MT, base model. Also everything on the inside is black.

This. It is a great feeling picking up your first stang. I remember when we first got the 07 it was great having a stang. Good times to follow. In for pics.

 

I remember my first Mustang: a 1986 LX 4 cyl with 150,000 miles on it. I bought it with 1200 bucks my grandfather gave me for graduating high school. It lasted all of 4 months. I rear-ended somebody, then a resultant hood flyup on the highway destroyed the windshield. Power steering and brakes went out, the exhaust fell of completely,and that was all she wrote. I sold it for 50 bucks. It was fun while it lasted...My first NEW Stang in 2004 went a whole lot better!
