Great tastefully modified GT! I would have done the exact same thing. The only addition I would made would be 2010 GT500 wheels. I'm not going to lie your pics are making me want to put my car up for sale to get one of these.

Looks nice, but I'd rather see some pics of that Cobra if you got them

There may be an easier way, but I'm really OCD about being careful around the paint, so, what I did:
-Mask off all around the wing with painters tape, two layers
-Heat up the adhesive with a blow dryer, then quicker get under the wing with fishing wire
For some sections, the fishing wire isn't possible due to the studs in the wing, so what I did was get a small putty knife and work it under like that. So long as you're careful, you won't scratch the paint; and if you do, it will only be under the wing, thanks to masking off all around the wing.
You should go slow and take your time getting it off. Once you've used the wire to get a foot or so of the wing separated from the trunk, you can start prying a good portion of the rest of the wing off. I did about a foot from each end of the car, working inwards, then just pulled the rest off while the glue was nice and warm - came right off.

The best word of advise I can give you is to make sure you do it in a warm place. I did mine in my garage while it was like 30* outside, and it was a PAIN! You may still need to do as I did, and get a blow dryer to speed up the process.

That looks awesome! That is exactly what I've been planning on doing to my GB this summer. How was the matchup of the paint on your GT500 wing? Also could you post a more direct side profile picture? Well done!

I was lucky enough to get the vehicle with wheels installed already. Paint match was very good, maybe a very very little on the light side but I expect it may fade and match fine. I will take some more photos on Thurs my next day off. Thanks for the comments

Thanks all. Just had a Magnaflow X-Pipe with Hi-Flow Cats installed this morning. It sounds great and really finally, wakes the car up as far as sound. The Axlebacks only, were not doing it for me.
