Finally happened and is this normal?
Well the GF got a little pee'd at me and I got "If I only got a 1/4 of the attention you paid to your car I'd be happy and at the end of the day it's only a f**king car!!". Am I the only one??
Tell her she is lucky you only have one car or she would be out... Ok don't say that j/k. Yes it's normal have you seen this?

Ever thought about "don't ask, don't tell" as it relates to car mod purchases??

Seriously though, it took mine a while to understand this whole car and modification process. Although she does give me grief sometimes about the parts I buy for the car, she has told me more than once that I could have worse hobbies. And she is not happy with the fact about always looking for Mustangs now and regularly points them out to me when we are driving around.
My girl is pretty cool and I don't think she'd say something like that...But i also headed the comment off at the pass when i got the 2012 by first doing a cool drive down the coast labled a "date" and then...hold your breath... taught her to drive it. She did very well and didn't take any mileage off the car. But was still scary. I do have a lot of practice teaching people on my 2000 mustang to drive stick (and the clutch was in great shape still when i sold it i want to add) but teaching someone stick is not the easiest thing, and she has to want to learn which may be an obstacle.
