Finally got her today!!

It's been a wait but finally got my 5.0 today. The Roush exhaust sounds un-friggin real and the snows I put on the car make it handle perfectly with no complaints at all!!

Awesome, another Kona Blue! How's the Roush in day-to-day driving - is it too loud?

I'm thinking of aftermarket axleback exhaust, and Roush is on the list...

They are MSR winter coated alloys with 245/45/18 on them. Fit the BBP perfectly. Got a great deal on them C$500 for the set.

As for tires I was looking at the Blizzak's but was having difficulty 1. Finding them (size wise) in Canada 2. When I did they were about C$135 per tire more than US quoted prices. 2 tire centers near me gave me an option on a tire that had very good reviews, aggressive tread, good compound etc., and made (the company) Michellin tires for them so I thought I'd try them - Nankang was the make.

Impressed with them. Have 2-3 inches of loose snow over a packed base near me and NO slip or slide in corners and even hill starts have been fine without the TC kicking in. On dry road they are quiet and ride well and grip well.

I had heard that they could be a little loud. Static rev-ving they give a crisp note and some crackle. Pulling away I don't think they are that bad and have heard rice burners make more noise (but not a pleasent one!!). In 6th just cruising at 2000+ RPM they are barely noticable in the car no need to turn up the radio or raise your voice. Coasting can't really hear them.

Change down if the rev's go high, they crackle for a second or two but I like that

I had them dealer installed and it was the first set they had heard on the '11. They loved them and said that was the sound they had been looking for for years on the Stang. When I arrived at the dealer's all I got from the guy's there was "man you should hear your car!!"
