It feels sooooooooo good!!!

I drive my F-Super Duty over the road delivering new travel trailers to the dealers and I'm out on the road for 4 or 5 days at a time. I basically live in my truck, in it almost 24 hours a day when I'm working. When I come home after making my delivery and get into the Mustang to go somewhere it just feels so good driving it again.

Now, my 2012 F250 crew cab PowerStroke is a comfortable, great driving and riding truck but man it is so good to get back into the Mustang after being away for a few days!

WOW... YUP....
I work offshore and after two weeks of being offshore getting in the stang feels almost like when I drove it off the lot.
I know exactly what you mean!

Strangely enough we are just the opposite here. After driving the Wifey's Mustang (don't get me wrong the car is great so no flames please) over a long run, I find it's good to get back into my F-150 Platinum. I think if the Mustang had a telescoping steering wheel where I could get a more comfortable driving position, it would be a different story. She loves it, and that's what counts.

My Mustang rides like a lawn tractor when compared to my wife's Edge Limited.

My truck is great, very comfortable and smooth riding, but try living in that F150 of yours for 4 or 5 days straight, sleeping in the back seat, only getting out for limited times for fuel and meals.

That's what I do, just like a long haul 18 wheeler driver. I have a bed that I built that fits where the back seat is and that's where I sleep when on the road.

So, it's just that much better when I get home and get to drive my Mustang again, get to listen to those great Outlaws as I run up through the gears.

I do understand. But, it's good to know I have a place to sleep if I get in trouble with the Wifey.

Very interesting thread!
I find myself swinging between my F150 and the Mustang. I'm lucky that I get to pick either one each day. Driving one for a few days in a row makes me appreciate the other one even more. This goes both ways. It's great!
(And I agree with wanted33's comment on the telescoping steering wheel.)
