Yeah, I know its late haha...With all this rain we've had for the past 2 days,havent driven the pony car and im having withdrawals. I was thinking about this cruise first thing this morning, so I decided to share hahaha

haha if i get it by then! it was scheduled to be built today but then they pushed it back to the week of october 25. but ya ill be showing, is GTR doing another cruise to the show this year?

 

Sweet! you must post pictures! Yes, im sure GTR will be cruisin again... You should come, if you you dont mind the drive from Redondo to Rancho then to Knotts... hehe but then again in a new 5.0 I dont think you would. GTR is also hosting there annual car show on the 14th of November, free of charge. Usually have around 60-70 Mustangs, Various vender booths from Vortech, Steeda, Etc. Plus there will be a bunch of stangs that GTR worked on that you may have seen in various magazines. You should come to that too!

I got caught in the rain yesterday and now my stang is dirty

 

I just washed my car on Monday, so there was no way i was going to drive it it the rain. Been driving the corolla hahaha

 

Awesome! Bring the 5.0! GTR was at the Mustang show in Long Beach and they had the First west coast Vortech Powered 5.0 on showcase at their booth, no final numbers were provided as the kit wasnt tuned by Vortech. They just tuned it for drivability, since the Vortech REP had to drive from there home base in Santa Barbara down, but the kit looked great!

 

I would have taken my cougar, but it needs to get smogged. Doing that this Saturday.

And I will def go to fab Fords at Knots

 

ya i saw it at the queen mary show. my 05 GT had a vortech but i really love whine so i think i may be going kenne bell or whipple on the 5.0

Yes, I too had a V2 on my '05... Kenne Bells system is set to be available this month or next I cant remember. After Kenne Bell finished with my car, they were scheduled to start working on the 5.0 kit and this was 3 months ago. With the amouont of power they got out of my 4.6L with just there 2.6L intercooled kit, I cant wait to see what numbers they pull out with the 5.0 Platform. Another positive note is that Kenne Bell is just down the street from GTR
