DTC P0018 - Crankshaft Position???

Last night my check engine light came on , and after hooking up the tuner, it read DTC code P0018.

I tried to reset everything, but it still comes up. I noticed that the engine runs different, rough and sounds different. Performance feels sluggish.

Any hints or ideas how to fix it?

I would change the sensor first. If that doesn't fix it, could be something bad. Sorry i can't help very much. Good luck
