After much wheeling and dealing I got a local dealer to quote me a price of $500 below X-plan plus the $500 and $750 rebates on a 2011 V6 automatic, with the candy apple paint. Plus, he is throwing in free oil changes for as long as I own the car.

It looks like I'm getting it for about $200 over invoice before the rebates. It seems like a good deal to me.
