This does not look premium to me.

They just totally missed those top two holes. This is the driver's side, passenger is fine.

I think I should work in QC at Ford.

All the cars would be perfect but a Stang would cost 80k at least.

That's understandable but every car is not going to be perfect inside and out. If you look long enough at ANY make of vehicle you will find a flaw. That stitching not using those non-existent holes is not really a flaw, they are a margin of error when assembling them. You have to look extremely close to even see it.

The irony here is there are a bunch of people *****ing and complaining about Argenti's *****ing and complaining.

He has the right to vent and to nitpick about an expensive purchase he made, not sure you guys have the same "right" to do the same to him for doing so.
