Decided on color and set up, please help me choose stripes

From my understanding these stripes can only be ordered in black or white, not sure about silver or darker gray. So i might have to go to a car wrap place/signs place and see how much they can make me a set for.

bellow are some pictures, please take a look and vote on your favorite stripes and color, the 3 color options are black, dark gray and silver. and 3 different design options, please vote, i just can't decide

Last picture i added but couldn't add to the poll, maybe thats not edible, i personally like the last picture the most, loving that SS stripe on a SG paint.

I personally like the wide strips not a fan at all of the skinny or the fat, the fat I wouldn't mind probably without the two skinny next to them, and SG with black strips is just sexy

maybe like a 2013 boss stripe? i was thinking a boss stripe kit on a 2013 GT might look pretty sweet, especially since there is no SG boss in color

I have the same dilemma as you. I'm waiting on a sterling gray 2012 and I'm debating the larger Shelby le mans stripes in white or black. It looks great in white on the Shelby. I was also thinking silver but quickly decided I'm not into the silver over sterling gray.

I like the fat black stripe. It's a nice contrast to the grey. And it might be because I have that stripe on mine. Mine's white though.

still waiting on the car

i can't decide between this or the Boss 302 stripe kit.

Ill end up painting the stripe myself with Plasti-Dip because its removable and cheap to do in case i don't like it.

Hey, Thought you should know that i just bought a 2014 GT in sterling gray based on the way you modified yours. I love the look of the dual stripes. Could you tell me where you got them from and how much? Thanks. MD.

I have the Sterling Gray and have been going back and forth on stripes as well. I am closing in on going with a '13 Boss type of stripe (just the thick stripe down the middle, and the hockey stripes down the side with "GT" at the top and a 5.0 badge delete). I'm torn between metallic silver and metallic gunmetal (to match the track pack wheel color).

The only part of the Boss stripe I don't like is the part that runs across the hood to the sides- so I'll leave those off.

NickT, I prefer the Super Snake stripe as well, but I also prefer a DIB stripe on that color car.

Just wait until my Race Red GT gets a 12" medium yellow Super Snake stripe with 1/2" bordering pinstripes. I like RARE and that color combination will certainly fit the bill.

I'm partial to thin stripes because everyone and their mother, besides me and a few Shelby performance package guys, have them. I also think that the same Metallic Silver stripes that I have would looks sick on SGM. I checked around a lot on pricing at the vinyl shops and they were all so overpriced. I bought mine from AmericanMuscle.com who is a forum sponsor and can give you a discount and paid pennies compared to what the shops wanted. I installed them myself, which was a first for me, and I think they turned out great. Check the sig page 3.
