DashCommand question

I purchased a generic ELM 327 wifi OBDII module and DashCommand for iOS. Everything works great except for Distance To Empty (DTE) and Average MPG. Palmer Performance tech support is looking into the issue but I'm wondering if any DashCommand users here have seen this problem.

When using a ScanGuageII in my F150, I find that not all the functions work with it either. I was able to turn on some of the functions by programming enable codes, but still, not all would work. Maybe this device is the same?

I used it on my wife's Camry and all the functions work so I'm not sure it's the device. Per tech support, it ought to work. I guess we will see...
