Wouldn't be surprised. TOBs have been manual transmission Mustangs' Achilles heel for, oh idk, ever? Lol all the way back to the Foxes.

 

Could really be that way for any tranny. Tob's are very sensitive to how they are greased for install. I've seen many a brand new tob fail.

Her symptoms could be several different things. But from the milage and her past driving habits, I've eliminated them from possibility. It's the tob.
