I, for one, applaud his candor!

But... I have to question his lack of tact.

Well at least we know he can never leave Ford for GM now.

Haha I would feel exactly the same as him if my competitors got free money left and right to forgive debts and help with research while my company had to pull itself through hard times and actually pay for research out of pocket. GO FORD!

It's even worse than that. My bro-in-law is a designer for Ford and he told me GM used some of the bailout cash to make enticing offers and hire away some very good Ford employees.

The bright side is, even though they're in a good position right now, GM is still GM, and they'll find a way to screw things up for themselves.

Now that is just disgusting. Talk about playing dirty. Unfair business practices. Very true though. That horrid Camaro's sales are going to fall like a rock now since the Transformers "Ad campaign" is over. Its good the Mustang is bred into our culture so it could never phase out.

LOL
Farley is also quoted saying “I'm going to beat Chevrolet on the head with a bat. And I'm going to enjoy it."

Intensity.

Finally some unfiltered honesty

He still gave GM their props so I don't see what the big deal is. It's an excerpt from a book... not like he said it in a media interview

The big deal? Here ya go:

Journalists love this kind of crap, because it makes news exciting and sell. Other than that, not.

/although, for NFL teams or something of that nature, this would be bulletin board material.
