Chasing GTR on Hoosiers @ Limerock

Had a fun session with a well driven Nissan GTR last week. I finally got the video up. We get split up with some traffic in the early part of the video, then about half way through there are some good laps. It was interesting to see where I was faster (downhill, west bend) largely due to my aero, and then he would just pull away on the straights. I believe he said he was at around 570 hp.

Anyways, hope a few folks enjoy

Wow, awesome keeping up with the GTR. Shows you don't need the most powerful car, some good suspension mods and driving skills is all you need to have some fun.

To be fair, he did hit a 59.6 I think it was later, so about a second quicker than my best. But I think I can get there with R7's.

Good work D! Anytime you can point to a section of the track and say you were faster than a GTR is frikking awesome! Those things are nick named Godzilla for a reason. Your aero setup is definitely working.

Was that a little Fiat 500 Abarth I saw? Lol, that's great! And was it a 911 GT2 that got by you guys? That was also a well driven car.

Yup, caged Abarth!! Haha

It was a GT3 Cup car. So fast. Slightly out of my budget!

Yeah the Cup cars are incredible. I've seen them turning 0.56 laps at Limerock.
