What do you guys think? I was on the freeway today and next to me was a LX Hatch 5.0 in Calypso Green (one of my favorite colors of that era) and right behind it was a Race Red 2011 V6 Premium (rental, you can tell by the bar code in the 1/4 window) with Stone interior.

So then my mind started racing and I imagined Calypso Green on the new body. I think it would look pretty sharp! I'd love it with the Glass Roof, 401A Black/Cashmere interior and Brembo Pkg. Maybe redo the Brembo Pkg wheels in black chrome. I think it would look really good with the 400A Stone interior too, although I don't think Saddle would work.

I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but what do you guys think? Bring back the Calypso Green 5.0?!?

 

Wouldn't be to bad. I'm still hoping for Competition Orange.

Yeah I love Comp Orange. Well, I love Grabber Orange too. Haha ...

 

I think leaving it back on that car is best. If they're going to do it, tweak the color a bit for something fresh.

 

Haha I was wondering what you would think. Eh, I think it would be a nice refreshing color. To each his own, and I'm sure Ford won't be offering it anyways!

 

I don't think it'd be for me. I'd much rather see Atlantic Green or some other dark green made available...

 

I love Atlantis Green and other dark greens. I also like Black Pearl Slate, available on the Escape and some Lincolns. Personally I don't see anything wrong with extra choices! I'd love if someone could chop it; I'm not too good with color changes...

Nice work with the colors! That pearl white would be #1 on my list.

 

I'm still saying white pearl, Tuxedo black, and Atlantis green need to be options for 2012. I'd like to see Comp. Orange, but I don't know if it'll fit the body or not.
