Brenspeed 93 octane tune installed, analogies thus far...

Hey guys just installed my Brenspeed custom tune 20 minutes ago, took her for a run and its alot more responsive, especially low end kick down. The engine responds much better after a shift of gears. It practically jumps forward during the exchange. Before it would almost bog 2 to 3rd gear. My set up is stock cold air with k&n drop in filter boom tubes, an Eibach pro lowering kit with a Eibach swaybar kit. I also have American muscle gt premium wheels, and new Bridgstone pole position summer tires....My next mod is an aluminum drive shaft. Stay tuned!!!

I have the 93 octane tune from Brenspeed also. You most likely picked up another 15hp with your already potent CAI. You are getting the mod bug and it never stops.

I know when you add a aftermarket CAI and tune to a 05-09 you can gain anywhere from 20-25 rwhp. So with your already stock CAI you should gain 10-15 hp. You can always ask Brenspeed im sure they have tested their tune with the stock CAI.

I don't remember the source, but I am 99% sure that it has been proven that the CAI is mostly hype as far as purported hp increases. Almost all the power gain from the tune/CAI is from the tune itself.
