Boss 302 wheel torque spec?

Hopefully I'll be installing my boss steering wheel this evening, any one know what the 24mm nut should be torqued to?

I should use loctite I suppose, red or blue?

It's 41 lb-ft (55 Nm), do not use any loctite.
