Bigger tires on rear?
So has anyone out there put wider tires on their factory 19" wheels?
I'm finding a lot of info on an "optional" rear size of 275/40ZR19's. The stock tire diameter is 27.7" and the 275 series is a 27.6" Diameter. Hardly noticeable. But what I'm concerned about is the factory wheel width. It's a 19x8.5 and they "recommend" your wheel be 9.5" width for the 275/40ZR19's. Anyone ran these tires on the back? Has anyone experiences problems with them with clearance or an issue with it not seating on the wheel? |

275 will not fit correctly on a 8.5 inch wheel. Do not even think about it.
