Big THANK YOU to Stage 3 Motorsports!
Lou at Stage 3 gets an A+ for service in my book. I bought a Roush upper grille from them used, and it didn't come with the hardware kit. I thought I would just fab up some brackets, but when I got the kit I realized that I needed a special piece of hardware that only comes in the full kit.
I called Roush and asked if I could buy the hardware kit, they couldn't help me. They said the hardware comes to them with the grille, and they can't separate the two. But, they suggested that I call Stage 3 and ask if they could help. I thought, "That's weird, if Roush themselves can't sell it to me, how could Stage 3?"
So I call Stage 3, and they transfer me to Lou. I tell him my problem, and he says he'll get back to me later that day. I didn't put too much stock in finding a solution, since Roush couldn't do it, but Lou seemed pretty **** hot so I let him do his thing.
I get a call from him that day telling me he has something in the works. Later that week, he calls to tell me that he got Roush to sell just the hardware kit by itself, and that he'll have a kit out to me in a week or two! How ridiculous is that?
In my book, that's going way above and beyond. So if you're wondering where to make your next purchase from, Lou and Stage 3 Motorsports have ridiculously good service. Check them out at www.stage3motorsports.com and tell them Lou is a beast!
