The best 2010-2014 Mustang GT
I say no doubt that it is the 2011 Mustang GT 5.0.
I had a 2011 Mustang GT 5.0, 5-seed manual, and it was a fast and reliable car:
There is no doubt as the car did everything well.
You may ask what the original MSRP was? I have the sticker:
Yes, ir was $32K and would get 25 Mpg on the highway..
If you are handy with a wrench, you can work on everything (unlike today). I had a YouTube video om it.

I have no first hand experience with these years except for my 2014 so I can not compare. I really enjoy the '14 except for the hard seats. My 2007 GT/CS had much more comfortable seats.
Here's the sticker on mine. I am the 2nd owner. Just hit 14k miles.

I'd vote for 2012 ... because it had a year of experience and debugging under its belt vs. the 2011, and still had the shark nose front end

I do love the look of the 2010-2012, but I don't know about it being best. I like it, but there is just something about those big red taillights on certain colors of cars.. And those big backup strips in between. Just saying...
Not to be bias, but the 2013/2014 has the best of everything...
And my seats seem to be comfy.

My 2 favorite S197's are from 2005-09 and also from 2013-14... I also like the 2010-2012 overall, except for the candy stripe taillights... If only the 2010-12 cars had the 2013-14 taillights, they would rank as the best along with the 2013-14 and 2005-09 models...

I'm quite partial to the '13-'14 body style, engine, and Recaro seats, as that's my '13's configuration.
The added Whipple doesn't hurt

I'm obviously tilted towards the '13 & '14 model years as well. Attachment 217386

I still say shark-nose wins over catfish face, though the 2013-2014 definitely has a nicer butt
no fair adding Whipples and Recaros and custom paint!

I have to agree on the 2010-12 shark nose over the 2013-14 catfish face, but also agree the 2013-14 has a much nicer bum...
