Yeah. They're essentially the same exact piping, only without the resonators. So flow is the same.

Not sure but I don't think so, the 14 has the GT cams, so the sound is slightly different. One of these days I'll have to take my sound level meter out and measure both.

I did the exact same thing. I found a guy on CL parting out a 2013 GT500 that had an engine fire and bought the OTA pipes. Sounds even better with these on it compared to before.
