Anyone have these control arms installed?

I want to buy these and swap out my stock ones. The stock ones squeak and Ford has been unable to fix it. Anyone have these installed? how are they?

Its made by bmr, So it will be good
Just make sure it has no strange offset that will move the wheel foward or back a bit.
