Wow thats kind of lower than I expected.

 

I for one am really happy they posted all four results. (stock/stock, stock/tune, CAI/stock, CAI/tune) It really allows the customer to decide where they want to spend their money.

 

From the look of this info, I am just going to stick with my SCT tune. They claim the same gains. Also, it does not look like a CAI is really necessary on these cars. I for one am not spending $200+ for 6 HP/ 5 TQ gain over tune + stock airbox. Unless I plan on going FI in the future... Def not for NA gains, though.

 

Ya not a good show for that CAI........hell a K@N drop in and cut a hole in the factory box with a pipe to the airdam would do that LOL

These results are probably more realistic than a lot of claims out there.

 

I agree for an auto this seems spot on. The test will be on the track as it ran a 13 stock. Should run similar with the VMP auto with tires.

I put in a drop in K&N today and will skip the CAI for now. I plan on getting a X3 tuner soon.
