80mph+ steering vibration
I have 1100 miles on my 2011 GT (stock 18"s) and I am getting vibration at 80mph+ it is worse when going around turns on the highway at 80+ or when changing lanes at 80+.
The dealer will not test drive the car over the speed limit (65) and at 65 it is smooth.
What should I do?

Did you get the security package with the wheel locking kit? There was a post previously about someone having one wheel lock heavier than the rest and vibrating at high speeds.

I did get the package but the dealer left the locks in the trunk in their plastic bag, I never bothered to do anything with them so I know that is not the issue.

Well I just got back from the high end tire place since the dealer was not interested in helping me.
They balanced all four and found a high spot on one. They turned the tire on the rim and were able to get it to balance fine.
STILL VIBRATION over 80 mph 90-100 even more.
I am not sure what to do now, I am going to try one more tire place and I am already out $85

There is a method of balancing the tires called road force balancing where the balance machine applies a load to each of the tires to simulate loading. I'd think a high performance tire shop would have the proper machine. I know the Gateway tire store in my area has one. It can be useful for fixing a balance problem, assuming that's what yours actually is. However, this shouldn't be required on a new car with factory wheels. There could stll be a problem that the tire shop missed. Are the tires at proper inflation? Something could be bent in the suspension. Is the vibration in the steering wheel only, or can you feel it in the seat as well?
I'd call Ford Customer Service if the dealer won't look at the car. This is a problem the dealer should take car of.

I just got back from a SECOND high end tire shop.
They rebalanced all four again and found 3 were off at least on their machine.
One tire had some run out in the tread but they said 95 out of 100 tires do.
Verdict - Still some vibration over 80 but it is better.
I still have not gone to the dealer and now am out $140 and still have an issue.
I called another dealer and they said they cannot do warranty work on tires unless they can confirm the issue with road testing.
I think I am skunked unless I want to buy new tires in which case I might as well get rims too.
Anyone in NJ want to let me use there front wheels and tires for a few minutes?

wonder if this TSB for the electric steering on 2011 GT500s will apply to ALL 2011 Mustangs eventually.
this maybe different than what you're experiencing but you never know.

the vibs get worse on turns..
i think you might be chasing the wrong issue.
you have rebalanced all the tires,
im assuming you swapped front to BACK as well.. cause if you did, and it was a tire issue, the vibration would shift to your seat..
i would crawl under the car and check your steering componants.. tie rod ends, and the rack itself, as well as anything related to the front end.. struts, etc.. pick the front of the car off the ground and see if anything moves, the slightest movement in any componant will be amplified at high speed

The car is at the dealer today.
The 2008 Stang V6 loaner they gave me with 32k on it drives PERFECT on the highway 80 feels the same as 60 just as a car should.
I will update with what they have to say.

UPDATE -
"unable to reproduce" They said they took it to 85 twice and it was smooth. Total BS.
I am going to try another set of wheels/tires another local club member graciously offered to let me use as a test.
