Regarding the $750 coupon, I requested a brochure via email but have yet to receive anything. I'm supposed to sign the paperwork on Saturday (VA sales tax increases 1% on July 1st). However, it's a factory order so I've got approximately eight weeks until delivery. If I receive the coupon prior to delivery, can I still apply it?
If the $750 is addressed to you or anyone in your household (same address) you should be able to use it. Unless you're getting employee or employee family pricing. The X-Plan pricing allows the $750 rebate, and if you negotiated a deal, you should definitely be able to use it.
I don't work for Ford though, so it would be good to have confirmation from Deysha perhaps

These incentives are randomly sent out and not guaranteed to be in every brochure. Your dealer can check any incentive that applies to you in their system. Also, you can check the incentives in your area here.

The first brochure I requested I received the $750 private cash, but i a wasn't ready to buy by then. Now that I'm ready to buy, I keep receiving empty brochures. Do I have to keep requesting brochures until I get the $750?

You might have to ask Deysha, but when I spoke to my dealer about it I had heard that Ford wasn't sending out the $750 anymore. I was able to use my coupon on my '14 that I just bought a few weeks ago, so your dealer might be able to use it.

No, Deysha is 100% correct. I tried to get them to mail me a paper brochure, but instead I wound up getting another coupon, this time $1,000 off.

As I mentioned in my previous post, your dealer can check any incentive that applies to you in their system. Regarding the X Plan, you can contact our AXZ Program Headquarters at 1-800-348-7709 to make sure you and your employer qualify. There you can get your pin and they’ll be able to answer all of your questions regarding it.
