5.0 NOT revealed ... i'm NOT funny
Hate to say it, but the CARB needs to get the boot. Integrate them with the EPA and the CAFE standards and develop one specific set of vehicle standards to work from across the US. This cuts the cost to manufacturers to develop several variations of parts for the A/C/N group. They need to get off their high horse over there and just push for the single standard that we've been needing for a long time.

I'm starting to wonder if the info that leaked a while back was correct. We'd get the new V6 in 2011, new GT in 2012. I hope not, but it's still possible, based on what we know right now.

Good on yer, Marz, here's a virtual beer.
(Hey, at least I didn't post a pic of a "native American").

What about the GT, dude? Yeah, well, Ford is milking this rollout of the 2011 Ford Mustang for all the news coverage it can get. So the company ain't talking about the 2011 version of the 5.0-liter V8, which we hear puts out roughly 400 hp. And there aren't any details about the selection of six-speed manual and automatic transmissions that are on their way for the Mustang GT. Ford will reveal the specifics in mid-December.
