Just browsing the news...this happened in Switzerland. No idea how the kid managed this stunt but his 5.0 crashed through the 3rd floor concrete wall of a parking garage and landed on the street. Looks like a pretty well balanced flight.

I don't think it was a well balanced flight at all. The car obviously landed on the trunk, then slammed down on the front tires. The curb up top probably kicked the front end of the Mustang up hard enough that it landed trunk first on that thick rail. How he managed it, I'm not sure. Thought he was in reverse or something and nailed it.

I was VERY worried when I read the headline that it could have been fellow forum member Max's car. I sold his GB Vert last year. I'm glad it wasn't his as he waited so long for that car and that would have made me sad.

good thing those were only scooters. would have been a shame if he took out some real bikes.

 

Some people shouldn't be driving, especially cars with over More then 4 cyl or 175hp. Lol

 

Maybe he has remote start on a manual transmission like that genius in Florida did a couple of years ago.

As for the cause, they say that he might have mixed up the brake and gas pedals in the automatic car. He sustained only minor injuries.

Oh boy, I just know this will reflect badly on us Mustang drivers...
