I think the car is hurt more than they are saying. Its been written off as 'totaled' or it wouldn't have a 'salvaged' title, in my opinion

wow people are retarded..

And its marked as "totaled" because its so new that all the parts cost a fortune... and the insurance company is obviously doesn't wanna pay it lol

I can pretty much believe it's totaled. My deer damage felt like $50, looked like $500, and cost nearly $5000 ($4800), and it was pretty much a bunch of plastic parts, head- and fog lights, and a hood and fender. That's it, no airbag, no structure, not even a need for an alignment. It's amazing, but that's what the costs are.

its not just parts and labor when it comes to a new car. they also factor in the amount of value the car has lost.
