3DCarbon spoiler on sale

I know some were waiting for the 3DCarbon rear spoiler to go on sale. It is 278 painted. Best spoiler out there.

Scared to pull the trigger though, since one of the reviews states that the Grabber Blue spoiler does not match

Anytime you buy pre-painted body parts you run the risk of an imperfect match.

Most people have reported good results from 3Dcarbon though.

I'm just being a sissy about it. That review was the first semi-negative one I have seen about 3Dcarbon, but it is one about the color I have. I'll probably end up giving them a chance anyway.

I could have sworn that same spoiler was 269.99 painted about a month ago from ch pony parts. I could be wrong but if I'm right, how is 279 " on sale"?

Before today, they had been $309 painted. Not sure about last month though.

Yes i bought mine last month and the sale was $269. Just like the Roush axle backs i bought for $339 now the sale is $359. Not every sale is the same.

Yeah i just saw the 269 price when I looked last time. I'm sure it could have been a sale they were running at the time. And yes it's only 9 bucks, I was just assuming that the 269 was regular price. I too will be ordering one!!

Got the spoiler on the car. The paint match is weird. Outdoor in the sun, the paint is a perfect match. When the car is in the garage or another dark area, the spoiler is visibly lighter. Since 99.999999999999999994% of the people are going to see the car outdoors, it really does not matter to me if it is a lighter shade in the garage

The only bad parts of the spoiler is the Gurney Flap is just painted (not a big deal to me), and the clear coat they use sucks. It scratches very easily.

Only have one pic of it, and it is from the side, but you can get the idea.

Mine matches pretty well. It was a little on the light side but you have to look very close. No one has even noticed except myself.

Anyone know if this a direct replacement for the pedestal spoiler. I sent an e-mail to cjp, but did not get a response.

From what I have read, the pedestal spoiler uses a couple of extra holes that are not covered by the other spoilers.
