When most dealerships have a price like that, it is in person only.
They will not waste their time on a "phone-up".
They know if the buyer is ready and has the money they will be at the lot.
Also if it is a "come on", they will not always call back.
You can't bait and switch as well over the phone.
So don't expect a call back.

Seems unreasonable. I've seen 2006s in early 2008 (not Mustang, but just that much time left on the lot) that were not discounted that much...

Don't mean to butt in, only looked at this thread hit and miss. But I just looked and my dealer in S OR has a '10 black prem GT.
Don't know if you want to go out of state though. (no sales tax in OR but don't know what happens when you register in CA)

If the search link doesn't work use the main one below.

We have four (4) new 2010 GT's left for sale. Click here to see them. Each is priced at least $7K off MSRP after our discount and the public rebates are deducted. For example, how about a silver '10 GT Premium Coupe with 19" Premium Painted Wheels, 3.73 gears, and comfort package for $26,450? Fly on up to Seattle and drive one home!

Do those cars have california emissions? He would have to have that to be able to register it in that ultra-treehugger state.

That is easy, if I were of a mind to finance a 2011 Mustang GT, I could call my credit union tell them what I wanted to buy then stop by and pick up a cashiers check from them, to trade with the Ford dealer for my new 2011 Mustang GT.

They will pre approve me/you to buy such and such and it is a done deal, no specific car required.

RE Tutle Click Ford/Irvine Calif The Internet sales guy wont respond( Mark Vistaunet) so I tried to contact the GMS w no luck. Again The dealer is Tutle Click Ford. I hope they read this because if I drove 70 miles down there on a switch (2010 mustang V6) I would have been real pissed. I have all there e-mail pics price and details of the 2010 GT etc. If they were smart they should step up to the plate and take the hit..I hope they read this cause this is BS.220

I have come across quite a few listings for Mustangs claiming them to be GT's or GT Premiums and found them to actually be V6 cars or base cars instead of premiums. I always lookup the window sticker by VIN to alleviate that problem.

It is possible that they made an honest mistake on the original price. If their correct out the door price is a good one, maybe you could try and split the difference between that and their original offer.

If you really want the car it might be worth a shot.

You aren't going to use them for service.

I have had dealers quote me prices that I thought were wrong before. They later corrected themselves.

The bottom line is, do they have a price on the car you want that is lower than anyone else?
