http://www.ford.com/cars/mustang/pricing/

And if you want details on the prices of options, click on Build and Price and it should all be there.

No. I'm looking for the "Price Guide" or "Price List" is the more correct name.
Now I can't even find the link to the 2013 version so here's a screen shot of it. I'm looking for this same thing but for the 2014 MY.

What is the Dealer Invoice with HOLDBACK? If I get X-Plan will I pay that price?

I figured out what the holdback is. Question is, if I go via X-Plan route, do I pay invoice + holdback or true invoice?

Neither. You pay xplan. If I recall its about $100 above invoice

No, X-Plan still includes holdback as it is based on the invoice total. X-Plan is roughly $100-$180 above the factory invoice total on a Mustang GT.

The actual formula is that it's 4 tenths of a percent below the invoice total + $275. So, let's say the invoice total is $30,000. Subtract 4 tenths of a percent of the invoice total ($120) and add $275. That puts you at $30,155 in this example, or $155 over the invoice total.

The price list isn't a complete picture of the invoice total, so it's not a great tool for figuring out how much a dealer pays for a car. The price list leaves out the FDAF & Fuel Charges (because they can vary around the country), so there's potentially $500 - $800 missing from the true invoice total. For example, here in the NW Region, the FDAF & Fuel charge assessed by Ford on each 2014 Mustang GT invoice is currently $576.

Assuming you can live with that omission from Ford, and want to see the 2014 Price List anyway, I'm sure somebody will post it soon enough for you. The 2014 price list isn't actually out yet, but should be in the very near future. Pricing is live in the order banks, however, so dealers can easily price up the invoice total and such for a 2014 Mustang. Heck, our very first 2014 Mustang (a black GT) just arrived at the dealership I work for today and dealers have been receiving 2014's since about a week ago around the country.

Thanks, Brian. That's what I needed to know.
Are these numbers correct for 2014?

GT Premium 32,058/34,750 (does not include delivery)
Recaro Seats 1,24/1,595
3.55 Axle 353/395

Correct, but incomplete numbers. Allow me to complete your numbers for this car. Invoice Total / MSRP would be....

'14 GT Premium 400A Coupe = $32,058 / $34,750
Destination & Delivery = $795 / $795
FDAF & Fuel Charge = $606 / Included
Recaro Seats = $1,424 / $1,595
3.55 Ltd Slip Axle = $353 / $395

Total for this car = $35,236 / $37,535

X-Plan for this same car = $35,370

Thanks, a lot, Brian. Is the FDAF the same for every dealer?

It varies region by region, but is typically in the $500-$800 range on Mustangs the past few years.

Brian, isn't it wierd that the price list isn't out yet? I've looked every day for it, and nothing...

From what I can tell, you can use the 2013 list just add $450 to the base price. All the options seem to be the same.

It took awhile for the '13 price list to come out after the guide, but should be real soon for the '14s. Its not a public release either I dont think, so somebody probably has to get one and post it.

Especially since pricing has been in Conceps for quite some time! And, we already have two (2) 2014 Mustang GT's on our lot. Both are black coupes with Brembo Package (a 300A and a 301A).
