2. Turn the wheel 1 full rotation to the left
3. Turn the wheel back to center
4. Turn the wheel 1 full rotation to the right
5. Turn the wheel back to center

lol, I'll take a look in there, but yeah some of the procedures are very weird. They should have been implemented into the settings menu of the car.

From the 2013 Mustang Owners Manual V2 - Page 167

Disabling and Enabling the Hill Start Assist Feature
Your vehicle comes with hill start assist already enabled. If desired, you can disable the feature by following the procedure below.
The following procedure must be completed within 45 seconds or the process will have to be repeated. Begin this procedure with the ignition turned off. This procedure is for both disabling and enabling the hill start assist system.
1. Apply parking brake to make sure the vehicle is not moving.
2. Turn the ignition on.
3. Place the vehicle in neutral gear.
4. Slowly press and release the brake pedal five times – make sure the brake pedal is completely released each time.
5. Rotate the steering wheel at least one full turn to the right and return the steering wheel to the original starting position.
6. Rotate the steering wheel at least one full turn to the left and return the steering wheel to the original starting position.
7. Slowly press and release the brake pedal five times – ensure the brake pedal is completely released each time.
When the procedure has been completed successfully the ABS icon in the instrument cluster will flash:
three times indicating that the feature has been disabled.
twice indicating it has been enabled.
Once the feature is programmed as desired, it will remain in that mode until the above procedure is repeated.

^ I really like the '13 style front lights, even the Canadian setup. IMO the HIDs are rather decent in performance and colour. For sure a "global car" like the '15 will have this sorted, with DRL (the U.S. must be the only major "developed" country that doesn't require them) being enabled/disabled at the dealer like for many other brands right now.

I also was a bit surprised that the slight '13 side mirror changes didn't include turn signals, a feature I happen to really like (just because...). IMO these lights are more intended for pedestrians (and perhaps cyclists), which European countries tend to have a larger proportion of in urban areas. Their peds are also a lot smarter and attentive than the ones here, it seems, so any little bit will help here.

Edit: Boomer, I wonder if they classified the LEDs as HID because of the light colour? Rather than the light technology, IOW colour's also a primary determining factor of acceptability. Otherwise, there's no logical or sensible reason to, since LEDs are almost the complete opposite of HID technically.

Leather on the GT is standard, and has been for a while, same with the Shaker etc.
We're pretty limited to certain things on some of the models.

Interesting to see that Fogs are back in the GRILLE.
Either they got changed for Canada or the rules changed finally.
He's right... Canadian 13 GT models don't come with grille fogs but now it seems they brought it back

GT in canada always had leather standard yes

More likely that someone in Transport Canada didn't know what the hell they were looking at and made a stupid judgement call on something they didn't understand.
Of course once it's on paper, they didn't want to look like idiots so they wouldn't budge when an explanation was given by Ford. Typical Canadian governent.

So Ford had to think of somethign quick to make the changes.
But putting a V6 grill on a V8 was another idiotic move. They could have at least kept the whole thing black instead of chrome lipped.

So 2014 will most likely have non-LED fog lights.

Time will tell...

Ford of Canada has been doing this for several years now.

Interesting they offered Ruby Red. Didn't think they'd do the optional metallic red again. I'd probably go Ruby Red with stripe delete and all options minus Shaker Pro, or Sterling Gray/Blue, or DIB/Red as those 3 are guaranteed to be the lowest produced combos...

Just my 2p
I whole heatedly agree! I hope Ford agrees too.

I guess if the 14's will now come with the grille fogs again that will make the 13's somewhat unique.

If I'm reading the guide right compared to the 2013s, this could be true.

Mustang GT - Eleanor Grille with Fog lamps on Equipment Groups 400A and 401A
400A-Base GT options
401A-interior upgrades
402A - GT/CS
