2014 convertable top problem

Hey, I need some advice. Top will occasionally go up and down. I've checked and added fluid to the pump reservoir, checked the cartridge fuse, and I don't think it's the switch because when I push it with the windows up, the windows go down like it's supposed to. The cars only 5 years old and I can't see it being the pump. Is there a way to test the pump or any other check you can't think of?

Thanks

Dan.....do you have to pull the park brake on your car for the top to opp?? I do on m,y 02 GT. If you do dose the park brake light on the dash come on??? If it dose or dose from time to time it could keep your top from going down or up. Mine has to trigger the park brake switch before the top will work....safty thing . Not sure about your car being newer. Just thought I would though it out there just in case.
