2013 Tech Package and Leather Steering Wheel

I've read all over the net that the leather steering wheel is standard on all cars, but the Tech Package is showing the feature "leather wrapped steering wheel" as in it isn't a standard feature.

Can anyone chime in on this? I ordered a base car and was hoping to get the leather wrapped wheel.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel is standard on all models, SlowRiderr. I also checked the order guide and that is not listed under the Tech Package. Are you seeking this on Build & Price?

Yeah, tech package includes SYNC, fog lamps, power seat & auto-dimming mirror. Leather steering wheel is now standard on all models.

No problem, SlowRiderr. They all come with leather, but the reason it’s mentioned it’s due to the actual controls on the steering wheel. Not all are the same depending on the model/options. The base V6 and GT come standard with – Leather-wrapped with tilt, speed control and audio controls, the V6 and GT Premium come with – Leather-wrapped steering wheel with new LCD controls. I hope this clarifies that.

The link below shows the steering wheel on the base car... Same one that has been on the Fleet Cars as an option from 2010 and up. Note the gauges and placement are the same as 11-12 models.
