2013 Tails in action (includes reverse)
hey Steve, love the new avitar -- "sh*tter was full!"
(I haven't been around here much lately so maybe it's not all that new, but it's new to me)
I am also not a big fan of the single back-up light, the ones on my 2010 are not bright enough in many situations already.

These are a really bright LED reverse bulb. The whole concept looks better than the '10-12 reverse lamps IMO. I think people have gotten used to having four bulbs instead of two, so this might look a bit odd. The best part is that you can't tell where they're at until they come on.
Almost perfect, reverse should be all three "insides".
Just watched again and it could possibly be done after market, the interior shield pieces on all three are clear not just the center one.

This. So far, haven't seen enough to justify a retrofit. I'll just keep lickin my candy canes lol
One thing I have noticed, though, is on earlier 2013 Mustang show cars, the tail light "halos" were comprised of one-piece LED ropes. Based on Overboost's video, it appears that's changed, and the halos are now individual LED lights arranged around each tail light "chamber". Compare the video above showcasing the sequentials to Steve's video highlighting the reverse lights, and you'll see what I mean.
One thing to add, this was taken by a camera phone. I think the tails are much better looking in the flesh then how they look in this. In proper lighting, you'll see less of what MARZ is talking about. I think the second video I posted is a better indication of this.
I will try and get some proper video from the cars at the NAIAS soon and see if they look any different.
